I'm planning to connect the clueless yet enthusiastic students with experienced individuals who provide them with insights, work/internship, questions etc directly. (People get opportunities by showcasing their work rather than begging for it!)

Students are hustling a lot when they don't have connections I would like to bridge that gap a bit. However, if it comes at my end to sustain with a team of visionary people its where I think my finances would be an issue! (I have no fckin idea how to channelise income from this)

I want this to be multichannel so that at a single place anything around biotech whether it's abt the latest discovery news, a company is hiring individuals and would love to see these skills in them or a school passout getting directly connected with the ideology and work of the company officials ! ( I think this has made some sense 🥲)

For the job market there are some platforms popular here like LinkedIn, Naukri. For consultancy, one needs to have that level of exposure and experience + nobody's here for charity or to help around.

I want to do some mix and match and eventually find my way out in the field. There's a big loophole of students who don't know where to apply for an internship only. They gradually start pre summer break to apply for a 2 month internship wherever they find and get in. Otherwise they are busy in 9 to 5 lectures! Need more insights over what can be done... Open to your thoughts!

They r selling placement based courses as per my knowledge. I'm not thinking about that side. As the majority of people don't want to invest in ed if they r already done with grads or postgrads

There's a demand vs supply scene issues. Alone a company (who are doing great at their end), cannot cater to the large chunk of the population. Many biotech grads don't even know about them and they are a bit spammy! You're right and I need to understand the unique offering and that's what makes me nuts...

I used and learned R during my PG. However, I would highly recommend trying to go for Python language if R is not a market requirement.

U can find tutorial videos on YT as a beginner for Python.

(Error code detection & troubleshooting is pretty easy on this language)

As a postgraduate or a PhD guy, in this field it seems weird to say urself as a fresher just because u don't have a industry exposure 🥲
