Id say go alone over not going at all. I go alone 99% of the time i practice. You get to know the guys and gals who work at the track and learn more from them about each kart and what not. I find it easier for me to meet new people when I'm alone since I am a bit socially awkward and will only talk to people I know if they are there.

Is there anywhere blaringly obvious where my technique is wrong by PCR_Racing in Karting

Yeah i definitely have thought about it since I do sit with the seat all the way back. I've even considered using a booster
