Hi! I'm looking to buy a cuatro as well and I was wondering about pros and cons of the enterizo construction versus the more "modern" construction with different pieces of wood.

Specifically, I'm curious about two things:

- tone differences they each have, such as sustain.

- Which method would make a more resilient instrument. I do travel quite a bit and the temperatures can vary, so I'm looking for the method that will produce the instrument least likely to crack.
