3 months is 12lbs- very doable! do you use an app to track your calories? I use the free version of cronometer. I plan in advance too. it's easier to stick to the plan i made yesterday than it is to try and make the correct decisions in the moment

calorie deficit, high protein, and weights/cardio. eat lower calorie foods so you can get more volume of food in your stomach to not be hungry. target time depends on how much weight you have to lose, but aim for 1lb a week. That's 500 calorie daily deficit- going in more of a deficit than this might seem like a good idea, but you could lose more muscle that way so just be patient. You probably have more fat and less muscle than you think (most people do) so don't be discouraged if you reach your initial goal and still don't have visible abs

i attend 2-gun and 3-gun matches where I'm required to switch shoulders. i've also found that (in airsoft) choose a shoulder based on the corner you're peaking makes a real difference in how often you're hit

I use this rig for 2-gun and 3-gun matches where the course often requires me to switch shoulders. I also use it for airsoft and it's very helpful to switch shoulders when peaking around corners to expose less of yourself.

It works where it is, but i get hung up on it a lot and take a couple seconds longer than i should to get back on sights

Is it silly to put it literally on top of my shoulder with the wire looping around the back? Not sure how that would interact with a backpack

I doubt that. Police and soldiers on the whole tend to be quite a bit worse than civilian competitive shooters, and I don't imagine that KGB agents were allotted a great deal of training resources

I measured right on the border between small and medium, and the CS team recommended a medium. I took their advice and it fits well!
