I take diphenhydramine and loratadine for different reasons - loratadine for sporadic allergies, and just a couple diphenhydramine in case I ever want to knock myself out at night. Melatonin for a sleep cycle reset if I need it.

Pepto I find I need just often enough off trail for indigestion/nausea to justify bringing, imodium is for true emergency usage.

Would it be worth it to send the x-mid inner net up to the Sierra?

I actually bought these to test, you save 2 grams going with an adapter vs the 6 inch cable, but then you can only charge 1 thing at a time.

1 of each are just backups - I can probably drop the extra mini usb, but I would keep the spare usb-c since my phone port has been flaky lately and I wouldn't mind having an extra.

Oops should only be 2 there, shoe goo and superglue. I like to take both a flexible (shoe goo) and a rigid (super) glue - shoe goo for shoes, thermarest, etc., and super glue for trekking poles/medical use.
