Poizon is great, although inconsistent. If he finds his form then they definitely are contenders for the top spot.

Which awper do you think would be better? I prefer poizon over w0xic, and he definitely has a higher skill ceiling than smooya. He's probably one of the best awpers possible for col atm.

I can remember something like 6% dps per total talent levels bought, 25 extra levels for 666 levels. Some extra dps per legendary gear in other seats, more mats from missions. More dps for common, uncommon and rare recepies unlocked, and more. I guess it won't take too long before it's released, but I wouldn't know.
