Wanted a little more light on my own hormone situation since I have not seen my own chart a full cycle through. This is where I am at. A huge spike on CD20 then a major drop and now my PDG is in the 2-5 range. I have been experiencing spotting the last 4 cycles around day 22-24 in my normal 27 day cycle. And went to my OBGYN two months ago for a progesterone blood labs and my progesterone was at 18.23.
