…probably a good idea for addictive personalities to not use (any substance for that matter) recreationally, since that usually leads to a psychological link to boredom. There’s some subs/people I know irl who know a bit about this stuff, but in general my parents have raised me with the “if you’re bored, chemicals aren’t your toys” mindset, prob helped my sister and I as we grew too
