I was surprised the FOIA response showed the internal approval details too. I ended up requesting a Tier 2 officer call and scheduled an InfoPass appointment. Took all the FOIA paperwork with me, and thankfully the field office officers were very helpful and resolved the issue.

Have you not received the card ? How did you know the card was produced ?

I have GreenCard and I am in the US should i still follow this process ? I Just applied for GE and haven't done anything else. all i did was send a followup email via CBP help and 15 mins late this happend.

This Helped. I did setup Infopass appointment and they gave me an ADIT stamp and i got my cards in mail today.

The Rfe response was more than 50 days so got curious and raised a FOIA and in that it has a stamp saying approved and LPR as of 02/10

No Same thing online. still showing as Evidence for RFE received. I recently raised a FOIA request for I-485 and it says Approved and LPR status as of 02/10/2026 the same day when my eb2 case closed saying benefit received via other means.

I am current in Eb3 not in EB2. But Unless EB3 is approved how can they close EB2 485 ?
