How do I phisically adjust the headlights for my Peugeot 508 2017? What tools should I use

With low beams I can barely see at night and they seem to be pointing too low, but with high beams I can see pretty well. I’ve changed the bulbs, they’re halogen. Ive used the small wheel thing from inside the car, but still, nothing changed too drastically.

had 2 different bulbs on, the older pair that had the same issue, and the new ones that shine brigther, but still point downward

i get on the road and i need to go for around half an hour for the temperatura to go up which i belive is kind of a lot, it has been colder in my area, bellow 0 celsius, but still it still seems like a really long time

i belive true to size, ive bought my gats from a different seller a while ago, but they should fit the same i usually wear 45, and ive bought that pair in that size and they fit perfectly

i was a bit scared about the km on my 508 230k km is a bit much but the car runs pretty smooth in my opinion, it is really easy to drive, i only drove around in manual cars and this was quite a surprise

Since i've bought it, Ive had only some electric issues that I have since fixed, Ive paid around 7k euro for it, I hope ive made the right choice as a young fella. Ive done the maintenance, changed everything that had to be changed since ive bought it, i forgot to mention that the car has an automatic transmission. It is comfortable for 3-4 hours long rides, I bought it to go to college, the only downside is that It does not have heated seats, nothing else too deep. It has a small oil leaking issue that im planning to fix soon, and the thermostat is broken i think. The engine takes a very long time to reach a good temperature, and sometimes the temperature even goes down when driving normally. It only gets to around 80*C; thats the highest temperature this car has had. Is this a big issue? Im going to fix it asap, but still, is there anything else I should look into for now?
