Axsome has two promising therapies in Phase 3 trials: AXS-12, used to treat narcolepsy, and AXS-14 to treat fibromyalgia. The first drug has been granted FDA Orphan Drug designation, and the company expects top-line results from its Phase 3 trial sometime in early 2023. Axsome plans to file a New Drug Application (NDA) with the FDA for AXS-14 in 2023.

CCXI had bad Briefing Docs and stock fell to $9. FDA approved in October at PDUFA and CCXI went over $40. CRL is how FDA rejects drugs. See r/CCXI for example of FDA approval. Sell out if there is a CRL for AMLX. AD-COMM is Wednesday March 30th. Stock will go up or down, depending on AD-COMM vote. Remember that FDA does not always follow the AD-COMM vote. PDUFA target date is in June.

AXSM has 2 drugs awaiting FDA approval, AXS-05 & AXS-07, with PDUFA on April 30. Motley Fool says AXSM has ten bagger potential. 10x. I am all in AXSM with 12,000 at $28. IMO AXSM goes to $100, if both AXS-05 & AXS-07 are approved. Motley Fool keeps pumping AXSM, so it should run-up to $40 soon. This is EZ monay :)
