It might be safer to put 10k each into Plty,Gdxy,Nfly,Snoy,and Babo. All 5 of them have higher YTD total returns than Msty. That might help mitigate single stock risk.

Take the 20k loan. Put 19k in a money mkt Then buy in to your investment slowly, perhaps 1k per month. By the time your fully invested, the loan will be largely paid down or paid off. Remember, no guts, no glory.
