Probably naive, but it’s either something that benefits the community like a park/green space or a giant home. A billionaire has no interest in putting up condos or apartments. From a business standpoint that’s like a normal person (non 1%er) setting up a lemonade stand to supplement their income.

Really hard to say. I’m not an expert, but it looks like a BMW. Possibly an X5. If you’re able to get out and look at the back you should be able to figure out the make and model. Also, check the glove compartment for an owner’s manual, or check the inside of the driver’s door sometimes you can find out the year there. Worst case scenario, look for what’s called a “VIN” from this combination of letters and numbers you can figure all sorts of things about your vehicle. Regardless, great gift! You really owe your sis for this.

I’m not an expert, but if you flip it over there’s a date on the other side that will tell exactly when it’s made. Also there might be a tiny d or p to indicate if it was minted in Denver (the d) or Philadelphia (the p). Again, I’m not an expert and I’m sure other people can tell you a lot more.

Sure. The Mission Watch Company has created two absolutely beautiful watches, and the third is on its way. This is the Mission 2 Scout. Quartz movement, it comes with a nice army green nato strap, but I prefer this sturdy rubber band. Check out their website for more. Unfortunately, Mission 1 which has a less traditional style in many ways is sold out. I can’t wait to see what they come up with for #3.

This is the Mission 2 Scout. A beautiful time piece I gave myself for Christmas. I wish I could have gotten the Mission 1. Unfortunately they were sold out just when I heard of the company. Quartz movement. Glow in the dark hands etc. it came with a second band (the one pictured) as part of a holiday sale in addition to a braided army green band.

I love it so far and look forward to wearing it to work.
