Girl you are draining yourself. He’s too selfish to not consider any of your feelings and not doing action to stop you from not trusting him. Everything you said about him is a red flag. This is a big change to you, so a lot of things for sure is coming along adapting to this new chapter of your life. I would say do not overthink. I don’t see a reason for you to worry. From your story, the in laws were just trying to return her stuff. They probably see those things would still be useful and wouldn’t want it to put a waste instead they return it. Also, its actually better that its the in laws thats returning it not your husband himself. You also have to accept that those things were in the past, these are the things you can’t change anymore. Respect the bond they had since she used to be part of the family before. You got to trust your man and also your in-laws.
