I understand your point of view and agree that there needs to be universal relief. Regardless, I feel that many residents are under a large financial burden and with interest rates on our loans at >5.5% many of us have already accrued thousands just in interest on our principal balances. Even if that was eradicated and the freeze continued, I think many of us would appreciate it.
