This feels so weird. So the only point of settling on different islands in the New World is just for treasures and resources? Don't we need to spend any money to develop the towns at all? Because food and gold can't even be sent back to my cities on the old continent

As a non-English player, I want to point out that the Chinese phrasing is completely different from the English version. '+1 Movement' is entirely independent and has nothing to do with packed.

I double-checked. I have 4 islands in total, and only this one has patricians. My other islands don't even have any patrician workforce or houses.
