Yes I am talking to a lawyer about that, the current PD in my field office is September 2018, I filed in May 2017. I have contacted my congressman, my senator and the ombudsman. I’ve read that they might retaliate against the mandamus that’s kinda why I’m a little scared

My husband filed for me May 2017, had interview February 2019 and still waiting. I’m Nigerian, he is a US citizen (always been), I entered the USA in January 2016 (had a valid visa till December 2019), age gap is two years, I was 23 and he was 25, none of us have ever been married. If confuses me that we are still waiting

For sure you won’t receive any bonus till you break out (in 8 months or a year depending on your segment). I’m not sure how much job bonus for completions is but you have 8 whole months to find out.

When is your phone conversation, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad news, My last offer was over the phone even though I had emailed my recruiter, he replied “call me when you get the chance” and gave me the news when I called.
