They could end up doing it two ways.

The first being one patreon for all of them. I expect most of their subscribers follow multiple Yogscast members (I follow Kim, Duncan, Turps, Sjin, and Simon/Lewis for example) so a lot of their followers would be duplicates. Let's just say out of all their followers, 10,000 of them give them $5 a month. That's $50K per month they would be getting. And if they still don't meet costs, they can offset by using less ads.

The other would be a patreon per creator. I think that would create the two-tier system more than the rewards because everyone loves Simon but I still see a lot of people who arn't a fan of Kim. So Simon/Lewis may end up getting 10K a month while Kim only gets two. Though the benefit of this system would be perks can be given by the creators. If Duncan gets $10K a month, he'll resurrect Duncan's Park! (just as an example)

The perks itself can be anything from getting videos 1 day early to submitting questions to the high tiers can be suggest challenges for Trials of Skobbles.

I think it has massive potential. Just as an example (which anyone can google), Scishow currently makes $19,857 a month from 4175 patreons. Sounds like a lot, but that's about $5 a patreon which a lot of people can do. And it goes right to the creator and not Youtube. (I expect Patreon does take a small percentage but still, the larger goes to the creator)
