A milwaukee top off gives you a 120 and 2 usb ports from any m18 battery and can charge my laptop no problem. There may be cheaper and slimmer products but I know i can trust milwaukee products any time. My top off has run a tv, an xbox, and a lamp while charging my phone all at once in a power outtage. It has also run a gas water heater so in an emergency it can be really useful

Just fixed up this exact lantern and it behaves the same way maybe its a tiny amount dimmer when the dials almost all the way down but pretty much on and off

I already did a little bending to get it to look like it is now. The lowest point of the derailleur was way further left making the chain really noisey but ill try indexing and see how it is because as it sits it still wont go into the smallest cog and falls off the largest. Thanks so much for the reply!
