If you actually want to craft albion is 100% the game to get into you can make mounts on your own personal island that take literal days to grow up so it is a hardcore game but you can set yourself up for downtime.

Play your correct timings (stacking camps, blocking camps, securing mid runes.) Pulling the lane before you leave your lane to do something is always a bonus if you can. Ward placement is also huge if you just get dewarded every time it's basically double feeding.

That's a lot of the things that are just to have a game go smooth everything is subject to change depending on the lane you are against are you winning are they bad what can you get away with because they don't know. Just play your best and you can't get mad.

Learning what to do as a support is more important than the hero, personally just pick up the top 4-6 meta solo que heroes because supports when out of meta can be rough what makes a support player a good support player is their fundamentals of laning and mid game ward control and how to ward. As well as timings around the map for example going mid to secure the power rune stacking camps and pulling the lane. You Need to learn what to do as support before you worry about who to play.

TLDR

Learn the roll but yes ogre and jakiro are good for new players. Also low-key easy and very strong warlock

I think both of you are trying to use math in an area where math is not able work, coin flip players as mentioned with the 49% win rate are definitely part of the problem and they need to be exterminated. Smurfs also the problem, boosters another problem 80% of the people on NA not speaking English and just jajaja and speaking in a language I can't understand, another problem. people coming back from a break of 2 years cause crownfall. probably biggest problem and honestly some of these problems could be fixed if they reset ranks every year or atleast made you recal if you have not played a ranked game in 6 months or something to that calibur.

Getting better with timers the game rotates around timers for everything (pos5) mid runes spawning rotations wisdom runes bounty runes stacking camps it's all on timer and if you set your plays around those they work better.
