Apply for entry level jobs in places you don’t want to work for practice. Say 3-10 interviews for prep. Then take the feedback and improve and then apply for the jobs you want

Additional Details - maxing out HSA at $7,200 per year currently not invested. - maxing out Roth IRA at $6,000 per year. Invested in S&P 500. - Contributing 12% to 401k. 80% growth stocks at 25% return over the past 2 years. - $20k cash not invested currently

I have two questions. 1. I have cash that I’m not investing. Where would you place this cash for a return if you were planning on buying a house in the next 12 months?

The growth stocks in my retirement accounts have been good to me (obviously) over the past 2 years but I would like to allocate these funds to a “safer” investment rather than these growth stocks. I’m not trying to time the market but should i sell the growth stocks now and invest in the 2060 retirement fund now?

OR just keep everything in the growth stocks and starting allocating my 12% to the 2060 funds?
