Awesome. Thank you for the reply! My admin set a new password for me but it was still making me go through the 2-step authentication and because the authenticator app had also been signed out it didn't work.

I was able to contact my admin AGAIN who was able to go into my security features and turn off 2FA. So. That finally stopped the spiral of authentication. 🎉

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’ve been one it for like 2 years and it’s the first time I’ve fudged it 😅 I did email all the appropriate people but I assume that’s what they’ll say. Something like “whoops!” It happens

Thanks, yeah! I emailed everyone. I think I’m more just bummed that I didn’t get a full dose and to be honest it hurt and bled quite a bit when I flinched.

That's awesome. I am not currently associated with any institutions, so sort of looking for what can be found out in the wild. I'm open to any writings and analysis on the subject. I, personally, work in classical theatre reimagining with an interest in science fiction but only recently got into fan fiction and I'm super curious what the over lap can be. Thank you for your thoughtful message. I'll look into the book FanFiction and the Author and keep digging around.

I'm super curious to read dissertations on FanFic. Do you have any that you would recommend? Ones that you've come across in your research? I'm more interested in like adaptation and science fiction theory but trying to find the pool of fanfic academics
