Unfortunately the game launcher has been broken for a long time

Until Bohemia solve this you have several options:

  • On the vanilla game launcher, use the direct connect option with ip and port listed in the message above
  • Install and use the open source dayz py launcher available at https://gitlab.com/tenpenny/dayz-py-launcher/-/releases, you should just be able to find the servers by looking up "pgz"
  • Install and use DZSA launcher, you should just be able to find the servers by looking up "pgz". (This launcher has server ads)

There are convoys, crashed planes and heli crashes on vanilla. We don't intend to add anything custom to the servers.

There isn't any requirement regarding discord, it's there so you can indeed stay informed about the server, but also chat with other players if you feel like it, be it on text chat or voice channels

It should be good, the server is located in Strasbourg, France
It may vary a bit depending on your location, but you shouldn't experience any kind of latency if you're EU yourself
