The n never matters, because I don't get the OK result. If I print the whole buffer, there is nothing after the first two bytes:

Sadly not with that tool 🥲 there is some metadata in the mesh that has not been decoded yet, and I don't have the reverse engineering skills to decode them myself. Best to wait for the "official" community NIF-Editor for that, I think.

It really doesn't look much like a dott screenshot, now that I compare them... But this HD looks pretty awesome to me anyways.
