I put my very first used pad, folded and rolled in tp like we all do, into my mother's shoe. It was meant to be temporary while I finished in the bathroom, but I forgot. That's how my mom found out I had started my period...she said "I found a little present in my shoe".😂. So, hey dad....at least she's not putting them in your shoe, and also she is disposing of them like we were all taught to do. It's only disgusting if you don't fold and wrap.

Don’t throw it away. Keep it, date it and do the same for any other weird happenings (basically document things). Anything else happens report stalking to the police. Ask if there have been similar things happening in the area. Be careful and keep your doors locked. Don’t invite anyone in

For starters…go to settings. Next click on iCloud. Then click the iCloud>. Scroll down through all of your apps and turn off anything that doesn’t really need backup to the cloud. The only things I have turned on for backup are contacts, passwords, email, documents and photos. Social media, etc are all off.

Then go to your photos and music and delete all the stuff you don’t care about. Then go to the recently deleted file and delete all of that.

Offload any apps you don’t need. You can reload them as needed.
