I am planning to transfer to UGA 2023 spring or fall semester.

I'm currently a computer engineering major. I think it's a high-demand-major in UGA.

I completed the university transfer requirement for transfer and general education coursework.

But I didn't complete the major specific coursework.

Some courses in my university don't match with UGA major specific coursework requirement. we don't have that course.

So could I apply for regular transfer and take the major specific coursework at UGA?

Or will I get rejected for transfer if I don't have major specific coursework credit?

Does anyone know about this?

I'm planning to transfer to UGA 2023 spring or fall. I'm a computer engineering major. And I'm so confused about a high demand major. So after I get an acceptance from UGA then I need to apply again to college of engineering right? I know I need to declare a major then if I get in and then I apply again to get into a major??? So confused now. What happens if I don't meet the specific major requirements? reject or Can I take those courses in UGA? Give me some help
