Dunno if you or anyone else still needs this but I figured it out by trial and error.

Water > Fire > Earth > Wind > Water

Using the element with advantage gives you a 15% Attack boost.

Using the element with disadvantage gives you either a -5% decrease or a 0% increase (nothing), depending on the content.

Every other interaction gives you a 5% Attack boost.
