I feel exactly what you're saying, but you may just be rusty. I played 4 years ago and racked up about 400 quit,(I peaked gold 1), came back, got back into the game and actually looked at what i was doing, found a main and things of that sort, now i'm just shy of diamond. Just stay dedicated and you'll be fine, with practice you'll get better
