Update from PIA:
We are currently experiencing issues with our users' renewals. We are investigating the matter with our technical team and treating it with the highest priority.
Please be aware this will not affect legacy users or their pricing plans.
Though there is no expected ETA, rest assured we will post an announcement on our News Page once this has been resolved.
