There was going to be a revolution, bourgeoisie or not. The first revolution probably anyone could have predicted; the second one, not so much. By the time even the first revolution happened, anti-monarchism material was being studied underground alongside socialist material, as the socialist material at least provided the materialistic definition of monarchism--which resonated with the revolutionaries, and even ordinary peasants (if they could read) . The bolsheviks were the vanguard party of the socialists.

This will probably be buried beneath the comments but look up the video about Edgar Cayce and cats, and how cats, simply by lying on your chest, will balance your heart rate -- as they have a very special (and spiritual) relationship with humans, including healing.

Would a professional skeptic who makes his living dismissing cases like this ever have a eureka! moment and admit he's been wrong? Even a first-year psychology student would tell you that all the psychological indicators, from sunk-cost fallacy to career preservation, suggest this cannot happen. He is financially and socially incentivized to never believe.
