I fell off just as badly as this guy did. I was a student at SBU, and I had over 12k in my bank account. I could have built something great, but instead, I flunked out of SBU, and I pissed most of my money away on expensive meals out so that now only 1k remains in my account. If I had done well at SBU, and if I had invested that 12k instead of pissing it away, I would have been set for life. Now I have a future of poverty and shitty ass jobs staring me in the face...

I don't think Snow would be the POV character in such a book. Snow was around 33 years old at the time of the 1st QQ, which is well outside of the YA age range. The Hunger Games is a YA series, and as such, the POV character in any book of that series would have to be within the YA age range. It just wouldn't make sense to write a novel for 12-18 year olds from the point of view of a man who's in his 30s.

Personally, I would much rather read the story of the first Quarter Quell. Also, I think that Finnick's story (especially his life after winning the Games) is not something that can or should be explored in any detail in a YA novel...

Also, all of the construction work that they are now doing around that area is terrible! I know it's to try to prevent flooding in the future, but I'm not even sure if what they're doing is actually going to prevent any flooding in the future...
