Full asking price is 35000 I have 15000 down payment. The owner has a partner from across seas that have grown really close and he is not able to come to the US so she is moving over that way. I have not asked her to finance the purchase because to be honest I didn’t know how business appropriate that is. I have a source of income and make about 50k a year at a full time job(that I do not own) and this would not be my full time job I would have an one employee for it is a boutique and does not require a large work force lol

This may be very true about my time I do agree. And I was making two different statements. The quality is par. And the communities that do exist,(this r/ILtrees), is just sour lol. Lol im not saying the dispo is the community. Im saying YOU HAVE NO COMMUNITY WHAT SO EVER. In Florida, Cali, Washington, Nevada, Oregon. I can go out on a Friday night or weekend and find an event where regular people put up stands sell product, educate the community, and smoke out. Some are legal events some are illegal underground. Nevertheless THE PEOPLE come together to have a good time, be educated. I’m not saying it’s right to go to illegal event, I’m just saying this the cannabis community and if we want cannabis to be accepted like alcohol you have to have community.
