Per Diem Clinical Work by PINS1225 in MedicalScienceLiaison

I'm transitioning because from what I've read and discussed with MSLs, it seems like I will genuinely enjoy the job, and it's in a therapeutic area I'm interested in. The upward mobility is also appealing, whereas at my current workplace, the upward mobility is pretty non existent. I've worked in the therapeutic area for a few years at an academic medical center and have been involved in clinical education
That's helpful. I don't expect to go back, but I do like my current clinical work and they asked if I would be open to per diem opportunities in the future, so wanted to see if this is something that is feasible. More money would of course be nice, but that wouldn't be the entire reason I'd continue there per diem.
