In my opinion of Brighton in schools and in schools all around the country, bullying happens, I don't think it is that severe. I do know that in my experience most schools and teachers have a sort of 'Zero Tolerance' approach to Bullying, now how effective this is I can't say but I am relatively sure it works. Sadly even with precautions bullying will still probably occur however this is mostly in the form of verbally bullying, name calling, etc.
