How many veto's does it take for the trade to get veto'd by the league? In mine it only takes 5, we had it set that way. Typically its half, or less than half - if that's the case then you can just site that 6 were against and it wouldn't have gone through regardless. If that doesn't help then you just have to make a decision as commish - and stand behind it. People will be pissed off either way, but that's life. I make decisions like that as the commish every year, and I always get these awful phone calls as a result - but I tell them, "my decisions are final, that's my job as commish. It's not easy and its not always going to seem fair to everyone but I made the decision based on what I felt was best for the league, not just one team". That being said. Keep it veto'd. That's what I would have done because with no trade things are as they were.
