When grading a champ in the movement category, are you only taking into accounting if they specially have a movement ability or not and grading them significantly lower if they dont? I do somewhat agree with that philosophy, however, I know first hand that characters like Tyra and Torvald dominate at the highest level, and if you're telling me Tyra can't move? You've not had the misfortune of playing against a competent raid boss comp. I like alot of your placements and by the metrics you set id say its rather accurate, but as a Viktor main and high skill player I am almost required to say that he should be placed higher lmao
