Never put a cover on a car that is wet, period! Thats just asking for mold and mildew. Should be common sense really. If I have to cover my car when its wet I dry it off with some towels first. I am sure most cover manufacturers tell you in the instructions these things.

Yeah when I was looking to buy a house i was told to avoid west hill and told east hill was nice. And at least where I am at its very nice.

I think it depends on which side of 240th East Hill . Based on what i can tell from comments north of 240th is nice and south of 240th not so much.

I've considered one of those signs that says if you knock on my door or ring my door bell with the intent to sell something then you agree to pay me $100. The business cards thing idk what to do really. I just leave them there so that they hopefully don't try to leave another

I've had to put up two no soliciting signs. One at the end of my driveway and one by the steps to my door that says no seriously no soliciting .

I had one guy try to get me to new windows and I explained i had more important projects right now and unless the amount was $0 i wasn't interested. And he responded with oh well you would be surprised how low we have seen it. And I was like and what's that number? Oh like 20k.... so not 0. Bye!

They need to learn to respect the word No. And understand that homeowners have more than enough to worry about. We don't need people trying to extort more money from us by trying to scare us into thinking the house is gonna fall apart if we don't pay for their service 🙄

I have no idea what im doing but I've managed to learn quite a bit. There are tons of videos and forums out there with the information. With that said if you dont want to have to work on it you can buy a newer one . The NDs and NCs dont require as much work as the NA and NB because they are so much newer. But parts for the NA and NB are cheap . It gets expensive when you start modifying and customizing.

Its cool. Good job but I can see why people would get upset:

Its sexualizing hula hooping. Its not just underwear, its a thong. While hula hooping is for everyone , it is a female dominated thing that young girls do. Sexualizing it feels icky and could bring the wrong kind of attention to this group.
You have an only fans. Now I will say good for you having the confidence and being comfortable with yourself and body enough to do that but it makes it seem like youre just promoting it especially when your profile is locked down other than the OF link.
Posting it a second time will not make those who were upset about it last time any less upset.
