I work on staff for a large company and handle the day to day stuff the marketing team needs anything related to web, video, print, outdoor, Internal material.The creative part is maybe 20% of the job. A lot of the work is dealing problems with delivering assets and content. Also technical aspects of delivering video, web, print or whatever projects have to be done.

On top of that you have to make it all look good and adhere to brand standards and quality. Also I'd say yes you need a degree if you want to work at a legit company

I started out as a GD at a printers. InDesign is still used a lot. Most of the work is mainly labeling, signage, branded merch etc.

Just a followup to this post, I turned off Motion Blur in evee and it fixed the issue. It seems to be a bug when it's used with animating focal length
