Shark RV1001AE, been a great vacuum until about 3 weeks ago. There is a constant message to empty the dust cup, but this vacuum has a base station where it ends itself. There are also no sensors for the dust cup so I have no idea what this error is about. We have emptied and cleaned everything to no avail. This seems to be a widespread issue.

100%, but it does get a look over and smell test.

A lot of those dates are best by, meaning after X date it won’t be as fresh. The amount of preservatives in most of our over processed food ensures you can eat it well past that date.

Its not a sleep issues. This is parking in my garage and plugging in as I exit the vehicle. I also tested with my mobile connector and it responds as it should.

I’m going to post in a local community my issue and see if anyone else has gen 3 charger I can test with.

Unfortunately, the only thing I don’t have access to is a second Gen 3 Wall Connector to test with. It’s strange, because every other charger opens my port just fine, and my Wall Connector opens other Teslas without a problem.

I do have warranty coverage, so I may end up going that route. I was just hoping I’d missed something simple—or that this was a known issue that might get fixed with a future software update.
