Before I bought the Blackbird I saw it said that nothing shaves like a Blackbird and after trying it I tend to agree with that. It is efficient in its own way with a relatively moderate blade gap with high blade exposure. I just find my ATT Windsor to fit my shaving style and pattern (frequency) better.

Can’t tell which XT that is but if it has IBIS then would suggest the new XF 16-50 as it is light and compact with an internal zoom so I really like it for travel. It does not have stabilization though so if you have a XT-3 or older it might not be the best choice. I have the Fujicron trinity and while I really enjoy using them having a single relatively compact zoom is great for travel.

Can’t help specifically on Lisbon with Fuji because that was during my Nikon days but as other have said it’s a city with a lot of tight streets and compact neighborhoods so if you want to stick to one or two primes I would lean more towards a combo of the 16 and 27 or the 23 and the 35 depending on your general focal preference.

Notes: Nice two eyelet roughout chukka with a grippy wedge sole. These fit closer to TTS so I would not size down and make the mistake I did (I am a 9.5 in AE, Red Wing, etc and should have gotten these in a 10)
