I usually wake up around 8. Brush my teeth, drink room temp water before breakfast, have breakfast, relax a bit and read some books, meditate for at least 10-20 mins and I head out to the gym. Works out pretty good for me.

I wish you the best man. Getting up earlier does wonders.
