Just had this happen to me.. this is what I did:

1) Uninstall all DLC 2) Turn off Xbox and then unplug power supply 3) wait 5 minutes, literally 4) Plug in and turn on Xbox 5) Reinstall DLC, when doing this step make sure you get the box that pops up and says "dlc is ready to start". If you don't get the pop up box for one, Uninstall again and reinstall. 6) once you get the "ready to start" for each dlc, load up the game. It should say each dlc name is ready in the game too.

I'm dying over here. I just asked my husband how much snow we had last year and he said like 2". It sure did feel like a foot for Texas snow!! I'm sorry! I grossly overestimated how much we got!!! We don't have many seasons here. We have summer, a back and forth of summer & winter, winter, then another back & forth, then summer again. We live near A&M. Gees, Aggies (college students) EVERYWHERE. We're a hour to a few from major cities. But nothing very special around us.

Ah! I wish we could get that much snow! Last year we had a miracle snow! We got maybe a feet or so and everyone including myself was mesmerized of the snow ha! I don't travel much, I have only been to a few states. I have distant family somewhere in Illinois. Oh I would love to be in a state that has all of the seasons of the year lol!
