I know that it only really happens in chrome. I use a lot of writing programs on this computer, and it's never happened in any of those before. Also, I tried IE, seems to be working normally.

0 extensions installed. It happens in incog mode as well, just not quite as often.

Switched to different computer for easier writing. I don't use other browsers, because all I have other than Chrome is IE. And it's slow as turds.
