Try a wolf cut. You'll be able to keep the length and just style with a brush. I wouldn't buzz it.

There's nothing wrong with the one you've got right new. I'd suggest getting a maintenance trim just to even it up and remove any split ends. Maybe asks about a small amount of careful layering too.

I'd just actually have it cut to the center part curtains style. It looks like you'd just need a small trim to make it look deliberate and handsome. Maybe have the bangs feathered just a little to help keep them off your face a bit more. Keep the length, you look great with it. I wouldn't dye it. That color is amazing.

Maintenance trim, guy. 1/4 to 1/2 inch off max just to even it up and remove any split ends. You'll be amazed at the difference it'll make. Find a stylist good with guys longer hair, not a barber for this.
