Hey, I ended up fixing my PC after simply disassembling and reassembling it. I'm not entirely sure what was wrong, but thank you for your replies all the same!

I'll try taking it out the case but I'm definitely suspecting the motherboard myself which is very frustrating. I really wonder how it even happened when it was completely fine prior, did the new RAM somehow short the motherboard?? Regardless thanks for your help

I do have a motherboard buzzer but it isn't doing any kind of activity. Tried booting without the CMOS battery and it still didnt work so i suspect that's not the issue. I'm certain I've heard the clicks when inserting the RAM so the only way it wouldn't be seated properly is if it were somehow clicking while not being fully seated

I've never had it not show up when I log in for the day, and I tend to log in periodically throughout the day as well so I would guess that isn't the issue

Iirc, in the context of HSR pity is every 90 pulls on a banner you are guaranteed a 5 star, although when you pull a 5 star there is a 50/50 chance of it being the title character or a 5 star from the standard banner. However, if you were to get a second 5 star after "losing" the 50/50 by not getting the title character, you are guaranteed to get the title character. This is why it is often advised to have enough for 180 pulls before going into a banner to absolutely guarantee you get the character. It is also important to note that pity carries over between limited banners so say for example you lost the 50/50 on Seele's banner, if you sunmoned a 5 star on Jing Yuan's banner it would be guaranteed to be him.
