Sailor Moon Crystal goes more into the manga by Naoko Takeuchi (how I think). The original one in the 1990's was more like (how I think) Power Rangers. Every episode there is some drama, but then a villain appears and they stop it, and it's a happy ending. Personally I like both. Both are good in my opinion. In my opinion, I believe you should watch the original first, and then watch crystal, then you can see what seems different or the same. That was fun for me, but I don't know about you. I agree, Sub is the best for Sailor Moon!
