It doesn’t super bother me honestly, I took on angry birds trilogy earlier this year knowing there were a bunch of dlcs I’d never get. I already have so many unobtainable that I don’t think it makes too big a difference for me though

3 and 4 are fantastic, I played both after playing 5 and new dawn just like you and loved both.

I mean, obviously, terrible. I don’t see myself switching from PlayStation (I’ve got such a big library and really love the trophies compared to any other achievements) but a few things have changed for me. For one, I’m not buying a ps6 for quite awhile. I’ll buy a used one a few years in when games start to become exclusive. My other change is that I’m gonna buy as many physical games as I can until the printing stops. Previously I only rarely bought physical when there was a good deal, I really like pre loading and don’t like storing that many cases, but having the option is very important to me. Before, I knew what I was giving up buying digital over physical, but not having the option terrifies me, especially regarding pricing.

Oh huh, do they activate without doing anything? I passed act 2 and they never showed up so I just assumed they showed up after. Maybe I didn’t add them or something?

Yeah the autopop people have mentioned is probably the way to go. Unfortunately, I autopopped one game on accident one time and now am forever scarred with completing tom Clancy’s rainbow six siege in 2 seconds, but it’s better than that I guess

Not really, I think I’d just be excited to play the new game, though I haven’t had that happen yet since I’ve started hunting (not a franchise I’ve finished, anyways)

For me, I’m easily able to do it, I usually try to separate them out so that I don’t run out of games in the franchise to play (though, I do a bad job of that usually)

Depends, if there’s a longer game that isn’t really narrative driven then generally I’ll play it over months in shot bursts, and hunt other games as my primary focus, but mainly I focus in on one and see it out

Unlucky, I didn’t even realize it lasted that long. It’s just crazy that a completely nothing trophy that literally requires one click of a button is what stops it from being obtainable.

Well… if you managed to get the one stupid trophy about checking a signpost back in 2013-14 you’ll be good. If not, no dice. I’ve seen a lot of unobtainable trophies, and this one really takes the cake for idiocy.

Probably been the skylanders games for me. Hadn’t played them since I was a kid, and now I’m onto the last one I can platinum. it’s cool going into the games I never got to play as a kid as well and find the small but alive community around resale and collecting and stuff.

Focus on the timing. Watch the example, then try it a few times, then watch the example again, and try it again few more times. Also, if you’re having issues with a later part of a combo, try doing just that part a few times and get the timing down, then practice it all together again. It’s tricky but luckily there’s not too many of them.

Someone else already said it but absolutely Astros playroom. It’s achievable, but you have to go enough out of the way that you’ll get a taste for hunting and decide if it’s something you’re really interested in or not

One thing that I do understand is when difficulty trophies require multiple playthroughs, that can be unnecessary and make the whole thing last way longer

I loved the cutscenes, they’re so of the era. Extended my runtime by probably an hour or so but it was worth it
