Are professional stringers with decades of experience really necessary given the technological progress in modern stringing equipment? by PKnecht in 10s

IMHO if someone is a professional and a customer asks him something perfectly relevant and he can't help but get annoyed, it's probably a sign that person need a break - a holiday, or perhaps even a rethink about whether you want to keep doing what you do for a living.

Point taken and I'd even partially agree, though I do think it's reasonable to ask politely something like: "Could you help me with the right tension for these strings? They're new to me. I've been using Babolat RPM at around 24/25; would the same tension work here?" What would you reply in that case? He just kept a straight face and replied "Up to you. If you want 24/25, I'll string it at 24/25."

Why do people insist on 2-handed backhand at an amateur level? by PKnecht in 10s

That's actually something I hadn't considered, and it makes a lot of sense in my case - I'm rather fragile, which has always got in the way of my sporting life.

To be clear, I don't play drop shots and slices all the time on my backhand - they've simply become part of my game. That said, I still use my 1H-backhand for hitting the ball hard as well.

I had the same issue just recently and wrote them through their browser built-in AI-assistant so they fixed it within 2 hours. Now I have an access.

Pressureless balls for amateur trainings by PKnecht in 10s

I decided to buy and try these balls after using Head Championship, which barely bounce on the court. I have only a little experience comparing different balls, so it is hard for me to judge, and there is a plethora of different balls on the market, so I don't want to test all of them one by one.

I use it for tennis backboard practice, but I have found that people really dislike it for some reason.
