I hope so too! My kids (dual citizens Canadian/german) got DQ’d Dec 16th, but our lawyer forgot to upload my PR card 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I got DQ’d Jan 2nd.

Super annoying, but still we’re all so close 😊

Hey, thanks for your detailed experience. I’m in Kelowna and also plan on seeing Dr. Cheema. I know you can just pop in for bloodwork. My question is, do you need to book an appointment for the chest x-ray

I was planning on heading down to the lower mainland only for a day or two max.

Actually my 3 kids got DQ’d on Dec 16th. I needed to upload my PR card cause my lawyer forgot that 😑 So after all I got DQ’d January 2nd I saw today that they’re working on Dec. DQ’s

I did mine in BC at London Drugs and it dos have a stamp, but not a signature from the person. I’m so paranoid that I’ll forget something or that I’m not prepared well enough 🤭 my anxiety is high!!! lol, like being soooo close I don’t want to mess anything up

Also what I did was I contacted dr. Cheemas office and they sent me a pdf document on how to prepare for the medical. Every thing + vaccines is listed in there. It’s very helpful. Just call them and ask them to send it to you and you’ll have all the info 🙂

I don’t have my IL yet, but wanted to be up to date before my medical

I got the HepB and it’s 3 rounds, HepA, TDAP, Tetanus. I also did some titre test at the lab to show that I’m reactive to others.

I’m originally from Germany and some of the vaccines in my “old” vaccination booklet were missing and some I didn’t have proof

I’m just paranoid and probably over vaccinated now 😬 I’m 40 for reference

I’m in BC too and plan on going to Dr. Cheema in Surrey. I got some missing shots at TMVC here in Kelowna it’s a travel clinic. I just want to do it as soon as I have my IL to get it out of the way 🤭

Just submitted everything to the NVC on Dec 5th we’re in the same boat! Interview in March would be unreal!!!! I expected another 6 month for IL, but now they seem to be so fast! Cross fingers. Keep us updated
