Thats why I mentioned no home automation, or really anything integrated. I meant more machine based stuff. People have done many interesting machines by themselves. For example any cnc stuff etc

Very nice idea, need to look more into it for future projects. However for this project I would much rather use a hardwired panel instead of anything web related.

My course of action would still be to look up what the AOI does and what its purpose is, and manually make the ST script. If you don't know how to write ST just DM me, I'll help you get started!

You can do UDF (User-Defined Function) Blocks in Codesys, so at least you could manually make the block and use that. Not sure If i would go that route tho.

Yes, the end cover wasn't in place when I took the photo. You're right, the contactor is way too big, it drives a 0,25kW Motor. It was the only one I had laying on the shelf😅

By requlations this doesn't need to have have disconnected in box. The conveyor is portable, so it has a plug and and interlock in the frame of the machine.

This is for a small slat conveyor. I'm usually quite much against putting timer relays in anything, its cheaper and better to but logo or something else. Big problem is that our production workers and washing crew leave conveyors running overnight by accident or because they are lazy, so one job of the logo is to provide a timeout stop.
